sukoon | noida

sukoon is a residence conceived as a pause within the dense and fast-paced fabric of noida. set on a northeast-facing plot with a mandated front garden and existing mature trees, the design chose to respond to the site rather than override it. instead of imposing form, the architecture listened, allowing the house to emerge naturally from its constraints. aptly named sukoon, meaning peace, the project reflects calm, restraint, and balance through spatial clarity and quiet materiality. the house is organized across three levels around a clear spatial hierarchy.
